Designing a space is a personal journey — and I’m here to make it feel effortless, collaborative, and inspiring from day one. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
Initial Client Contact
It all begins with a friendly chat. Once you get in touch, I'll gather some basic details and arrange a time for an informal conversation. This is a relaxed moment to get to know each other , understand your initial ideas and see if were the right fit to move forward
First Meeting
Our first face to face ( or virtual) meeting is where the foundation is set. We'll talk through your goals, your style, and how you use your space. Its also a great time to discuss any existing team members, such as architects and contractors- and begin shaping the tone of our working relationship. I'll also clarify my role and what you can expect from me at each stage.
Brief, Budget and Timing
Together , well refine a clear project brief: how you want the space to feel , function , and flow. We'll also discuss your timeline - how much time you can commit to the project - and your budget, so I can tailor my approach to deliver maximum value with minimum stress.
Fee Proposal
After I’ve absorbed everything we’ve discussed, I’ll prepare a detailed fee proposal. This includes a full statement of your brief, the project scope, and a breakdown of deliverables: concept designs, drawings, sourcing, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), schedule preparation, and all necessary client and site meetings. It’s thoughtful, thorough, and designed around your specific needs.
Presentation of Proposal
We’ll sit down (in person or online) to walk through the proposal together. This is a chance to ask questions, fine-tune any details, and make sure everything aligns with your expectations — practically, aesthetically, and financially.
Signing of Contracts
Once you’re happy and confident, we make it official. With contracts signed, we move into the exciting part — bringing your vision to life, step by step, with trust and transparency guiding the whole process.
